If you’ve never experienced energy healing before, it’s natural to wonder what a session is really like. Many people imagine something mysterious or complicated, but in reality the process is much simpler - and much gentler - than most expect.

At its heart, energy healing is about helping your body and mind return to a more balanced state.

When you come to a session with me, the first thing we do is simply talk. I want to understand what you’re experiencing and what led you to seek support. Sometimes people come because they feel exhausted for no clear reason. Others struggle with sleep, emotional heaviness, or old experiences they feel they haven’t fully processed.

This short conversation helps us clarify what you would like to shift or heal.

After that, you’ll lie down comfortably - either on a treatment table in my studio or in a relaxed position at home if we are working online. Many people are surprised to learn that energy healing works just as well remotely, because energy is not limited by physical distance.

During the session I work quietly, using gentle techniques to help release energetic blockages and restore balance in your system. Some people feel warmth or a light tingling sensation during this time. Others simply feel deeply relaxed, as if their body finally has permission to rest.

There is no pressure to “experience” anything special. Your body will respond in the way it needs to.

In many sessions I also work with crystals. Crystals carry very stable natural vibrations, and when chosen carefully they can support the healing process. Sometimes they help deepen relaxation, sometimes they help stabilize emotional shifts that are taking place. When someone works with me for a longer period, I often select a crystal that supports their personal journey.

While the session itself is quiet and gentle, the effects can be surprisingly profound.

Some people notice changes immediately - they sleep better that night, or they feel lighter and calmer. For others the shifts happen more gradually over the following days as the body integrates the work.

Energy healing doesn’t force change. Instead, it creates the right conditions for your system to release what it no longer needs and restore its natural balance.

At the end of the session we take a few minutes to talk again. I share any observations from the session and answer any questions you may have. If it feels helpful, we may also discuss what the next steps could look like.

For some people one session is enough to create a meaningful shift. Others prefer a series of sessions so we can work more deeply with long-standing patterns or experiences.

Every person’s healing journey is unique.
